I had a short due to a couple of bended and hence, touching pins on a connector. As a result, my hard disks were fried and along with them, my data, including photos and so on. I did backups but not regular enough, and so I must have lost about 2 months' data. Currently I am still in the process of salvaging whatever data I can.
